Training Program II

Training Program 2 is the perfect next step for dancers who have completed the foundational Training Program 1 and are ready to take their dance skills to the next level. This program offers a more comprehensive and challenging dance education, covering four major genres: Ballet, Jazz, Tap, and Hip Hop. 

In Ballet, students will continue to refine their technique, focusing on more complex movements, turns, and jumps. Jazz classes will challenge students with high-energy routines that blend different styles and incorporate more intricate footwork and isolations. 

Tap classes will build upon the foundational steps learning in Training Program 1, with a focus on developing greater speed, accuracy, and musicality. In Hip Hop, students will learn the latest moves and techniques from the ever-evolving world of hip hop dance, while also developing their own unique style and expressions. 

The instructors of Training Program 2 are highly experienced and dedicated to helping each student to their full potential. With a strong emphasis on discipline, creativity, and self-expression, this program is designed to challenge students both physically and mentally, while also fostering a love and appreciation for dance. 

Students in Training Program 2 will also have opportunities to participate in performances and competitions, allowing them to showcase their skills and gain valuable experience in a real-world setting. Overall, Training Program 2 is an excellent choice for dancers looking to take their skills to the next level and reach their full potential.

DESCRIPTION
Ballet II is a beginner-intermediate class refining technique, posture, and alignment. Students learn more complex movements and sequences, focusing on strength and artistry. The class includes barre work, center exercises, and basic jumps. It prepares students for advanced ballet training.

Jazz II is a beginner-intermediate class focusing on technique, coordination, and performance quality. Students learn complex combinations and choreography, emphasizing precision and musicality. The class includes warm-up exercises, center work, and opportunities for creativity and self-expression. It prepares students for advanced jazz training and potential performance opportunities.

Tap II is a beginner-intermediate class focusing on technique, rhythm, and musicality. Students learn intricate footwork, syncopation, and variations. The class emphasizes clean sounds, speed, and coordination. It prepares students for advanced tap training and potential performance opportunities.

Hip Hop II is a beginner-intermediate class focusing on technique, musicality, and freestyle skills. Students learn intricate combinations and choreography, emphasizing precision and personal style. The class includes warm-up exercises, choreography practice, and opportunities for freestyle. It prepares students for advanced hip hop training and potential performance opportunities.

Antwan Sessions, native of Charleston, South Carolina started his dancing career while attending North Springs High School located in Sandy Springs, Georgia. There he found his passion for dance. Searching for outside training, Antwan join Total Dance in Adamsville, Georgia where he studied Ballet, Modern, & Jazz dance. Since then he’s attended several dance school under a full scholarship such as, Renaissance International School of Performing Arts (RISPA) in Milton, Georgia, Atlanta’s Resource for Entertainment & Arts (AREA), Burklyn Ballet, Tolbert Yilmaz, and Metropolitan Ballet Theatre in Alpharetta, Georgia to name a few. Antwan’s passion for dance has allowed him to perform and teach in places like Denver, San Francisco, Mexico, Canada, China, Europe, Africa and so many more.  Some of Antwan’s credits include: Assisting for Georgina Louchiey who’s the Artistic Director/Co Owner of RISPA. He’s danced for Tracy Vogt 

of Philadanco, Kim Robards of Kim Robards Dance, Kiki Ely of ATLA, Stephan Reynolds of Cirque Du Soleil, and Jeffrey Page former choreographer for So You Think You Can Dance and Beyonce. Not limiting himself to concert dance, Antwan was the principal dancer for Sea Beach Resort in Egypt for a year, he also danced in former Danity Kane member D. Woods in her music video “Best You Got”  toured China with pop artist Christah Ray as well as toured with artist Nikki Jane. He is now the Founder of Lamorris Namari Contemporary Ballet Company, Owner of Namari Dance Conservatory and  Artistic Director/Owner of Namari Dance Center.
